The official voice of an organization is captured in its system of stationery materials. When used consistently across all departments and divisions, the voice, and its message, appear well formed and unified. The ACLU stationery package includes layouts for standard letterhead, second sheet, #10 envelope, mailing label, and business card. The design of the stationery package has been carefully considered, including font, type size, number of lines in the address blocks, and size and placement of logotypes. While all affiliates must place their own logo and enter their own contact information to customize their stationery, the placement and scale of all elements should remain consistent.
